Conference buses will run each morning from Wagga Wagga town centre locations to the conference venue, and return in the afternoon.

Taxis 02 6921 4242, http://www.waggataxis.com.au/, and Uber are available for transport between Wagga Wagga airport, town locations and the conference venue at Charles Sturt University.

Where is the Wagga Wagga restaurant precinct?
In common with many country towns, the majority of Wagga’s restaurants are found on the main street, Baylis St. The older section of Wagga’s main street, Fitzmaurice St, is also home to several restaurants and pubs, all within walking distance of each other. If you can’t find a suitable restaurant on the main street, restaurants on some of the side streets may be more to your liking.

Where is the Charles Sturt University Wagga Wagga campus and the conference venue?
Charles Sturt University (CSU) is situated on the north-western edge of Wagga Wagga. The conference will be held in the CSU Convention Centre which is Building 230 on the CSU campus map. Building 230 is coloured pink in the centre of co-ordinates B4 of the CSU campus map can be found here and highlighted in the magnified map which can be found here.

What is Wagga Wagga like?
Wagga Wagga has a population of 65,000 making it the largest inland city in New South Wales. Charles Sturt University along with the Army and Airforce training centres make Wagga Wagga a significant centre of education. Wagga Wagga is also a thriving service centre for a range of agricultural industries beyond grain including meat and wool.

What weather can I expect in Wagga Wagga?
The average daytime temperature in the second week of September is 17oC and the night time temperature is 5oC. On average, 10 of 30 days in September will be cloudy with more than 1 mm of rain falling on 7 of these days.

I have a car: where do I park, do I have to pay?
Car parking on the CSU campus is free. Car parks appear in grey on the CSU campus map.

Where is the student night?
The student night will be at the Que Bar, 109 Baylis St, Wagga Wagga.

Where is the welcome reception?
The welcome reception will be at  the Charles Sturt University Convention Centre.

Where is the conference dinner?
The conference dinner will be at Magpies Nest, a restaurant which is close by and between the conference venue and the Wagga Wagga town centre.

What is the dress code?
Dress code for the conference and dinner is smart casual.

Where will I put my poster?
The posters will be share a room with the trade displays in the Charles Sturt University conference centre.
