On behalf of the conference organising committee, it is a pleasure to welcome you to join us from the 23rd to 25th of August 2021 for the Australasian Grain Science Association Conference – the 71st annual conference which provides a forum for scientists and the grains industry to hear and discuss the latest innovations in science. This year’s conference will be held as an online event and we promise you an exciting and innovative series of sessions on the latest developments in the operating environment in the grains industry, in grain science, innovations by grain growers and the capture of research outcomes on farms.
