On behalf of the conference organising committee, it is a pleasure to welcome you to join us in Canberra for the 72^nd annual conference from 24^th to 26th August 2022, COVID permitting.

The conference will be held in the Rydges Capital Hill in Forrest, a 10-minute drive from Canberra airport, close to Parliament House and an easy walk to Manuka shops which has many dining options.   Our conference provides a forum for scientists and the grains industry to hear and discuss the latest innovations in science.

A diverse program covering all grain types, end-uses and markets is being developed.  Updates will be continually added to the conference web-page so stay tuned for the call for papers on the 1^st of May, 2022.

We strongly encourage student participation, and students are encouraged to apply for the AGSA Travel Awards.
