Abstract and Short Paper Submission is Now Open

Submissions will be accepted from May 1 – June 10, 2021

Please use the online submission link to submit an abstract (maximum length one A4 page) or a short paper (maximum length of three A4 pages). Please read the Submission Instructions before submitting the paper.

Notification of acceptance: 20 June 2021

Deadline for Early Bird registration: June 30 2021

Conference dates: 22 – 25 August 2021

Presentation Format

A paper can be submitted for presentation at the conference as one or both of the following:

Poster Presentation

Oral Presentation

  • Grain processing.
  • Future trends in the grains industry and innovations in instrumentation.
  • Meeting the global food challenge.
  • Exploiting traditional and new grains.
  • Advances in knowledge of gluten related health issues.

Poster Recognition

We are offering that all authors presenting poster papers at this conference the opportunity to present their research in a “Rapid Fire” Session.  The authors are able to present their work to the forum in a short summary oral, thus giving more recognition and exposure for the authors and their research.


Early on-line submissions are encouraged to avoid delays.

Every Presenter of an oral or poster abstract must register for the meeting or risk the paper being withdrawn from the conference.

The Conference Scientific Committee will select the successful submission for oral or poster presentation.

Notification of acceptance will be e-mailed to the presenting author.
